Come out for the Bay Area debut of beats with producer Autre Victime opening for Anya Kvitka and her band the GetDown. Anya will be unveiling several new songs off her anticipated new EP!

Anya Kvitka

Anya Kvitka’s bandwagon is very quickly filling up. The San Francisco bay area-based songstress continues to seduce fans and impress critics with her sultry voice, dynamic videos and impeccable style. Refined but full of fire, Anya’s vocal dexterity and innate musicality vault her into a rarefied group of singers. The Moscow, Russian-born chanteuse can just as easily draw on R&B or Hip-Hop as she can Soul or Jazz and back it all up with 20 years of classically trained piano experience.

With a host of accolades firmly under her belt, Anya is poised to make a major impact in the near future. One of CBS News' Best Break Music Acts of 2012 and a recent TedTalks performer, support from Grammy winner Bobby Ozuna and bandmate/producer P Y R ∆ M I D (associated with Phife Dawg of A Tribe Called Quest) and Red Bull have been instrumental to opening up new pathways for Anya’s burgeoning career. With this team, she has only the brightest of plans for the future.

In 2013, Great interest has been shown by Mike Caren and several other prominent A&Rs from Warner Music Group, its subsidiaries, and a variety of indie labels. Within the same year, Anya and her band, the getDown, opened for amazing Grammy winning artists such as Foxes, Ryan Leslie, and as a part of the biggest musical festival in the San Francisco Bay Area’s BFD (2013 & 2014) for 30 Seconds to Mars, Diplo, Jimmy Eat World, and Stone Temple Pilots just to name a few. To close off a fantastic year, Anya was invited back for an encore talk, as an official speaker at TED Talks bay area. Additionally, after having collaborating with Amp Live (of famed bay area hip hop duo Zion-i), had their song “Penny, Nickel, Dime” placed on NBC’s hit show Celebrity Apprentice. Keep tabs on Anya via her website, Facebook and Twitter.

Her newest EP is set to be released in the fall of 2015.
