Ivan Arteaga is an improvising saxophonist and clarinetist. He's from Seattle and he enjoys long walks on the beach, delicious home cooked meals, and the sun. Ivan is visiting the Bay Area and he's going to play some music.
He'll open the evening with a set of solo saxophone improvisations which will be face-melting, haunting, introspective and angsty (sometimes all at the same time).
Then the Ivan Arteaga Bay Area Collective is going to get together to play songs that Ivan enjoys so hopefully you will too!
Join him in this spontaneous jaunt through Studio Grand.
